With A Stepping Stone’s maintenance agreement, you’ll get far more than a typical HVAC maintenance contract.
You will receive 2 service visits per year made in the Spring and Fall, Discounts on after hours and weekend emergencies and priority service calls.

The visits will consist of the following:

  • Check Freon
  • Check Thermostat
  • Check Relays and Contactors
  • Check Wiring and Connections
  • Check Filters
  • Check Operating Pressures
  • Check Burners
  • Check Motors
  • Check Safety Controls
  • Check Heat Strips
  • Lubricate Motors
  • Check Evaporator Coil
  • Clean Condenser Coil as Needed
  • Clean Condensate Drain
  • Check for Summer Operation
  • Check for Winter Operation
  • Check Air Circulation
    • If the need should arise for further repairs at the time of your regular visits, you will receive a 10% discount on parts and labor while under contract.
